Man Arrested Using Sling Shot Outside White House: Reports
Secret Service says a man used a sling shot Tuesday afternoon to shoot something over the White House fence.

A man was arrested Tuesday for using a sling shot to shoot something over the White House fence, according to several media reports.
Adam S. Olson was arrested and charged with possession of a prohibited weapon, assault with a dangerous weapon (slingshot) and assault on a police officer, the Washington Post reports. The Secret Service did not release any information about the man.
The Secret Service says a protective sweep was also conducted around the White House as a precaution and nothing out of the ordinary was found, the Associated Press reported.
