Warrant Issued for Suspect in Fatal Stabbing at DC Metro Station

DC Police have issued an arrest warrant for the man wanted in connection with the fatal stabbing at a DC Metro Station, WUSA-9 reports.

Jasper Spires, 18, is wanted on charges of first degree murder while armed.

The fatal stabbing occurred at the NoMa Gallaudet Metro station Saturday afternoon. Kevin Sutherland, 24 was identified as the victim.

Police say not to approach Spires if you see him and to call 911 instead, the publication reports.
