WASHINGTON, DC — The FBI is offering a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone who has information about the whereabouts of Relisha Tenau Rudd, a girl from D.C. who has been missing since 2014.

Rudd was with 51-year-old Kahlil Malik Tatum on April 1, 2014, according to authorities.

On that date, Tatum's body was found in the area of the Kenilworth Park & Aquatic Gardens in Northeast, Washington, D.C., according to the Metropolitan Police Department.

In the weeks prior to her disappearance, Rudd, who was 8 at the time, was seen wearing a purple Helly Hansen brand winter jacket and pink boots.

Anyone with information about this case or Rudd's current location is asked to call the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI. Information may also be submitted to your local FBI office or the nearest American Embassy or Consulate.
