2nd Child Sex Trafficking Arrest Made By DC Police, FBI
D.C. Police detectives and special agents of the FBI arrested a second suspect in connection with a recent child sex trafficking offense.
WASHINGTON, DC — Metropolitan Police Department detectives from the Department’s Youth and Family Services Division and special agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force arrested a second Maryland man in connection with a sex trafficking of a recent children offense, according to a police report.
Acting on a D.C. District judge order on May 1, MPD officers arrested a 27-year-old man from Clinton, Maryland, and charged him with sex trafficking of children, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and obstruction of justice.
On Sunday, officers acted on a D.C. District Court arrest warrant and arrested Anthony Gray, 37, of Clinton. They charged him with sex trafficking of a minor, conspiracy to sex traffic a minor, conspiracy to transport a minor for sexual activity, use of a facility of interstate commerce in aid of racketeering activity, and tampering with a witness.
