Monday May 18, Sol Roots band performs at "Blue Monday Concert Series" at Westminster D.C.

"An award winning blend of New Orleans influenced Funk, deep Blues, heartfelt Jazz and Soul, and energetic Rock"

The Monday May 18 concert will feature deep pocket drummer/vocalist Vic Chase, bass maestro Les Campbell, keyboardist extraordinaire/vocalist Vince Evans, band leader guitarist/vocalist Sol, and some special guests.

This band formation includes musicians that have worked with Bill Withers, Taj Mahal, Fred Wesley, Beverly "Guitar" Watkins, The Youngbucks, Heatwave, The Nighthawks, Robert Lee Coleman, Cool John Ferguson, Harold Melvin's Bluenotes, and many more.

Sol Roots is proud to be an official "Next Generation" Music Maker Foundation artist and a Home Grown Music Network artist.
