Get out of your head and into your heart. Overthinking is a habit that keeps us stuck—fueling restless mental activity, anxiety, and over-analysis, often leaving us feeling exhausted and unable to move forward.
This half-day silent, gadget-free retreat offers a chance to step away from the constant noise of life and our devices, and instead reconnect with the clarity and calm within. In the quiet, you’ll experience the liberating power of silence, introspection, and meditation—an opportunity to reset your mind and return to your life feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired. Suitable for both new and experienced meditators alike.
