The National Leverage Lab 2026, presented by The Fair Path Project, brings a full day of practical strategy on workplace accountability to Washington, DC on Friday, August 28. The summit runs in person at the Friends Meeting of Washington near Dupont Circle, with a virtual option for those joining from afar.
Headlining the Lab is Gretchen Carlson, the former broadcast journalist portrayed by Nicole Kidman in the 2019 film Bombshell. She takes the keynote stage alongside Julie Roginsky, her co-founder at Lift Our Voices, the nonprofit whose advocacy helped end forced arbitration of sexual assault and harassment claims under federal law. Together they have reshaped the national conversation on how workers can speak up without being silenced.
Beyond the keynote, attendees choose from three concurrent tracks built for employees, HR professionals, and attorneys, with continuing education credits available (CLE, HRCI, and SHRM). Expect real tools, real cases, and a room full of people committed to fairer workplaces.
