LipService and Gotcha Covered at Adams Morgan PorchFest

Mark Bryan & the Screaming Trojans members Steve “Lip” Lipton and Michael Heister will join drummer Steve Porter for a series of performances in Washington, DC, on November 7 as part of Adams Morgan Fall PorchFest, which features more than 100 bands across 25 stages. The trio will make their first public appearance as LipService at noon on the Kalorama Park Stage, featuring music from Mark Bryan & The Screaming Trojans. Lipton and Porter will also perform with their cover band Gotcha Covered at 3 PM on the Kalorama Park Stage, followed by an evening performance at Roofers Union in Adams Morgan from 6–10 PM. The upcoming performances follow an active year for Mark Bryan & The Screaming Trojans, who have released a series of singles via Bryan's Stone Point Records, including “I Wanna Feel Alright,” “Boom” and “Carry On.” The band recently drew a capacity crowd at The Starboard in Dewey Beach, Delaware, while “Boom” earned placement on Spotify's Undertow Top 25 playlist. Both “Boom” and “I Wanna Feel Alright” were also featured on The Tony Kornheiser Show podcast. As Lipton and Heister continue their musical pursuits outside of the group, Mark Bryan & The Screaming Trojans are preparing new music for release in 2027.
