I had to suppress a laugh when I read Justice Gorsus's question, “Who
decides?”, in the Chevron case. In 2020 the American people decided
it was Biden over “tRump” to produce the American Rescue Plan and
the Inflation Reduction Act. In 2016 the American people decided it
was Hillary Clinton only to have a vestige of slavery install “tRump”
as the highest officer in the land to help McConnell put three
unqualified and unfit justices on the bench. In 2008 and 2012 the
American people decided it was Obama over McCain and Romney
respectively but McConnell decided to abuse the American public and
withhold hundreds of judicial appointments including a justice. In
2004 the American people decided it was Bush over Kerry because they
didn't carefully read the five-page article The Washington Post did
on candidate Bush who revealed he was spoiling to go back to war in
northeast Africa (now called the Middle East after "The Scramble For Africa", financed by slave profits from the USA) and finish what his father started. In 2000 the
American people decided it was Gore over Bush even after George had
his brother Jeb Bush scrub thousands of eligible Democratic voters
from the rolls to grease his way to a win. The American people
decided that Gore won the 2000 presidential election but six current
members of the court decided that the American people be damned as
they obstructed justice under the cover of law! Five of the six were
in Broward County, Florida acting as agitators and obstructers to the
lawful state process for getting the closely contested count done
while Justice ('Uncle' as recent events have revealed) Thomas
actually cast his vote to intervene and install Bush as POTUS against
the wishes of the American people. That vote should never have been
before the court and their 'qualifying' statement accompanying it made it clear.
Justice O'Connor was an honorable woman who admitted as much after
she left the court. The MSM has played a major part in helping the
GOP cheat and deceive the American people concerning their votes
every since the death of FDR and they just got carried away after Lyndon
Johnson passed various civil rights acts in the 60s.

That
is also part of the reason they are trying to make a case against
POTUS 46 because of his age. Biden has been in Washington Long enough
to have an intimate knowledge of how the various institutions and
their levers of power operate to get positive things done
for the American people despite the obstacles being placed in his
path. If the American people decide to give him super-majorities in
both chambers it could undo the 55+ years of chicanery and trickery
by the GOP, corporations and the ultra-wealthy to maintain the
control they've accumulated in the past 80 years in spite of them
being completely out of step with the thinking and decision-making of
the vast majority of the American people.
