Fans Almost Hit Caps Owner With Flying Beer During Parade (Video)
As the parade for the 2018 Stanley Cup champs rounded the bend toward the stage, Ted Leonsis found himself in the line of fire.

WASHINGTON, DC -- Washington Capitals fans were delirious on Tuesday as thousands upon thousands packed the National Mall for a parade to honor the 2018 Stanley Cup champs. Maybe a little bit too delirious.
As you can see in the video below, as Alexander Ovechkin raises the Stanley Cup aboard a bus with Nicklas Backstrom at his side, Capitals owner Ted Leonsis -- who is standing next to them -- is nearly hit with multiple objects which appear to be full cans of beer.
After catching a second can, he shoots the fan a disapproving look, but more cans come flying in.
