WASHINGTON, DC — An FBI contract employee is facing a voyeurism charge after he allegedly placed a camera under a coworker’s desk when she was on maternity leave and attempted to take photos of her without her consent, according to a report.
On July 26, a female worker at the J. Edgar Hoover Building on Pennsylvania Avenue Northwest discovered the camera under her desk when it fell after she switched the position of her legs, NBC4 TV reported. She then handed the camera to coworker Joshua Green, who held onto it before another coworker confronted him about putting the camera under the victim's desk, according to court documents.
During an interview with police, Green admitted to placing the camera under the victim's desk.He said he bought the camera on Amazon with the intent of getting photos of the victim; however, he also told investigators he didn't get photos because the camera stopped working.
