Hi, I'm Shelby! I’m a local mediator who helps neighbors resolve family, relationship, and workplace conflicts in a calm, structured way. Through my small business, Rogers Resolution Services, I offer mediation and conflict-resolution support tailored to your unique needs and help guide people through difficult conversations. I work primarily with co-parents, partners, relatives, roommates, and teams who need help talking through decisions, routines, boundaries, or recurring disagreements. I also support workplaces and community groups facing communication challenges or breakdowns. My role is neutral. I don’t give legal advice or take sides. I facilitate conversations, de-escalate tense situations, and help people reach practical and maintainable agreements they can feel comfortable with. The annual Purcellville Wine and Food Festival returns on Saturday, July 18, in Dillon’s Woods at the historic Fireman’s Field Complex (250 S. Nursery Avenue, Purcellville). The festival will take place from 2 to 8 p.m., inviting guests to gather with family and friends for an afternoon and evening of local wine, beer, food, live music, art, and more.
This year’s event will showcase 40 vendors, including wineries, breweries, food and snack vendors, and local exhibitors. Enjoy live music performances by the Rick Reaves Band, The Darby Brothers, and the Franklin Park Big Band. The “Arts in the Garden” section, hosted by the Purcellville Arts Council, will highlight local artists who will create works of art live on-site. Additional activities include face painting and a photo stand-in booth. 
Early bird ticket pricing is available through 5 p.m. on July 17: 
• Early bird admission (ages 17 and over): $5 (+ tax) 
• Early bird drink tickets (6 oz wine or 12 oz beer): $8.50 (+ tax) 
• Early bird drink ticket package: 4 tickets for $32 (+ tax) 
• Early bird bottle of wine purchase: $35 (+ tax), available from participating wineries (bottles must be consumed on-site)
A souvenir glass will be provided with the purchase of the first drink ticket. Save time and money by purchasing your tickets in advance. 
The popular VIP experience returns for $275 (+ tax) and includes admission for six, a reserved table for six, three bottles of local wine, six souvenir glasses, six drink tickets, early entry to the festival, special commemorative gifts, and a selection of sweets and savories for the table.

Performer Miyo Yamauchi, a Moth StorySLAM Champion born and raised in Japan, guides audiences through the rigid rules of TPO — Time, Place, and Occasion — as she navigates loss from the collision point of two cultures with very different ideas about how to grieve. It's a show that's funnier than it sounds and more moving than you'd expect, blending original score, animation, and 70 minutes of sharp, personal storytelling.
The production features composer Michael D. Mortilla (Sony/Columbia Pictures, the Olympics), Gold Telly Award-winning visual designer Anthony Phills, lighting by Willow McFatter, and direction by Jane Morris (Second City, Brooklyn Nine-Nine). The Los Angeles premiere sold out in 36 hours.
