ICYMI: 'Pizzagate' Flyers Infuriate Tenleytown Residents: Report
Just two weeks after Edgar M. Welch was sentenced to four years in prison for firing a gun in Comet Ping Pong, fliers started showing up.

WASHINGTON, DC — Residents of the Tenleytown neighborhood in Northwest D.C. are angry after finding fliers on their fences and doors claiming that the debunked "Pizzagate" hoax is actually real, according to a report.
NBC 4 reports that the fliers read, "pizzagate is real news and it is your moral obligation to educate yourself about it!"

The incident comes just a couple weeks after Edgar M. Welch was sentenced to four years in prison for walking into Comet Ping Pong, a popular local pizza joint at the center of the conspiracy theory, and firing off several rounds before being arrested. No one was injured in the incident, and Welch later apologized.
The fliers were reported to police between Wednesday night and Thursday morning, according to the report. It's not clear what charges could be filed, if any.
