13-Year-Old DC Boy Arrested In Felony Assault: Police
A 13-year-old boy was arrested for felony assault for an incident in Southwest DC, police said.
WASHINGTON, DC — A 13-year-old DC boy was arrested and charged with Felony Assault Tuesday, police said.
At about 3 p.m. Saturday, a juvenile male victim was walking in the 3900 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Ave., SW. when four suspects assaulted him, police said. After the assault, the suspects fled the location.
The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries, police said.

On Tuesday, police arrested and charged a 13-year-old juvenile male. This case remains under investigation.
