Kohl's Thieves From DC Busted After Chase In NoVa: Police
Three people were arrested Saturday after stealing items from a Kohl's department store in Northern Virginia, police say.

STERLING, VA—Three D.C. residents were arrested Saturday afternoon after stealing items from a Kohl's department store in Northern Virginia and then fleeing from police, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Ronald B. Ratliff, 54, was charged with grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny, as well as being served with two warrants for felony probation violation. Angela D. Price, 52, was charged with grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny. Sharnelle M. Peeler, 35, was charged with grand larceny, conspiracy to commit grand larceny and eluding police.
Around 2:15 p.m., police went to the Sterling, Va. store for reported thefts. The suspects left the business and fled in a vehicle but police established a perimeter near the store. When they stopped the vehicle near Route 7 and Sterling Park Boulevard, Ratliff bailed and fled on foot before being nabbed after a brief chase.
