Library of Congress Evacuated Due to Leaking Sprinkler
Significant amount of water in the building, according to Capitol Police.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Library of Congress has been evacuated Tuesday afternoon due to a broken sprinkler.
A Capitol Police spokesperson confirmed to Patch that a sprinkler is actively leaking a significant amount of water is in the building.
Visitors to the building took notice on social media Tuesday afternoon.

The Library of Congress campus includes three buildings at the Capitol and has a large collection of books, films, music, legal documents and more, according to LOC.gov.
