Metro Schedule For March 22-23: Single-Tracking
If you're taking the Metro this weekend, you should plan accordingly.

WASHINGTON, DC — There are plenty of things to do and see in the D.C. area this weekend — including the Shamrock Fest 2019, Spring Wine Fling, and the National Cherry Blossom Festival.
If you're thinking of taking the Metro on Saturday, March 23 or Sunday, March 24, you should plan accordingly. Here's everything you need to know before heading out for the weekend:
Red Line trains will operate on a regular weekend schedule until 10 p.m. From 10 p.m. to close, trains will run every 16 minutes between Shady Grove and Glenmont. Trains will also single-track between Van Ness-UDC and Dupont Circle.

From 10 p.m. to close, Orange Line trains will single-track between Smithsonian and Federal Center SW.
Silver Line trains will operate on a regular weekend schedule until 10 p.n. From 10 p.m. to close, service will only be provided between Wiehle-Reston East and Ballston. Riders traveling to and from other stations should use the Orange and/or Blue Line trains to reach their final destination.

From 10 p.m. to close, Blue Line trains will single-track between Smithsonian and Federal Center SW.
From 10 p.m. to close, Yellow Line trains will single-track between L'Enfant Plaza and Pentagon City.
Green Line trains will operate on a regular weekend schedule until 10 p.m. From 10 p.m. to close, trains will single-track between L'Enfant Plaza and Navy Yard-Ballpark Station.
