Metro Work To Cause Delays This Weekend
This weekend's track work will cause delays. If you plan on taking the Metro, plan accordingly.

WASHINGTON, DC — If you're thinking of taking the Metro this weekend, you might want to get to the station early. Track work will cause some delays. Here's everything you need to know before heading out:
Red Line trains will be single-tracking between Silver Spring and Wheaton and will be operating every 22 minutes.
Blue, Orange, and Silver Line trains are scheduled to operate every 24 minutes. The Blue Line will only run between Franconia-Springfield and Eastern Market. There will be single-tracking between Eastern Market and Stadium-Armory for both Orange and Silver Line trains.

The Yellow and Green Line trains will run every 16 minutes. The Yellow Line will only operate between Huntington and Mt. Vernon Sq. There will be single-tracking between U Street and Georgia Avenue-Petworth for the Green Line.
