More Disturbing Anti-Semitic Allegations Slam DC Councilmember
Ward 8 Councilmember Trayon White is once again being criticized, this time for allegedly donating to an anti-Semitic event.

WASHINGTON, DC -- Ever since he was caught on video apparently making anti-Semitic remarks, D.C. Ward 8 Councilmember Trayon White reportedly continues to dig himself deeper into a hole. A new report from the Washington Post claims that not only did White leave early during a planned trip to the Holocaust Museum, but he also donated to an event where anti-Semitic remarks were made.
It all started with a bizarre video in March that he posted to his Facebook account. In the video White can be heard saying the following, according to the Washington Post: "Man, it just started snowing out of nowhere this morning, man. Y’all better pay attention to this climate control, man, this climate manipulation. And D.C. keep talking about, ‘We a resilient city.’ And that’s a model based off the Rothschilds controlling the climate to create natural disasters they can pay for to own the cities, man. Be careful."
The Rothschilds are a business dynasty that began with a Jewish banker in Germany in the 18th century, and they have been the subject of anti-Semitic conspiracy theories alleging that the Jews can control all sorts of things, including the weather.

White eventually apologized for the remarks, but a pair of new incidents are once again shining the spotlight on him. A new Post report claims that White made a $500 donation for a Jan. 29 Nation of Islam event, which featured Louis Farrkhan making anti-Semitic remarks -- also, he allegedly used the Constituent Services Fund to make the donation, a fund that is meant to benefit D.C. residents. The event, which took place in Chicago, reportedly featured Farrakhan saying, "Powerful Jews are my enemy."
White also reportedly left the Holocaust Museum early while on a tour. The Post reported that he made several eyebrow-raising comments during the tour, such as whether a girl forced to march through the streets by Nazis while wearing a humiliating sign was actually being protected. Halfway through the tour, he disappeared, claiming he had an event to attend, according to the report.

Several of his fellow councilmembers slammed him, mostly focusing on his alleged use of the Constituent Services Fund to sponsor the Farrakhan event.
"With today’s revelations, I believe we have crossed a threshold," wrote D.C. Councilmember Brianne Nadeau (D-Ward 1) in a statement, as reported by Fox 5. "I believe the Council should censure Councilmember T. White for his misuse of funds in support of Anti-Semitism and homophobia. This is just the latest episode that underscores the historic problems with Constituent Services Funds being used for things that undermine the public trust. That is why I believe the Council should censure Mr. T. White."
