Mount Pleasant Armed Robbery Suspect Sought: Police
The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the suspect in an armed robbery that took place Sunday at a Mount Pleasant business.

WASHINGTON, DC -- Officers from the Metropolitan Police Department are asking them to help identify a suspect in the armed robbery of a Mount Pleasant business on Sunday morning, according to a police release.
On Jan. 5, about 7:04 a.m., an individual entered a business in the 3200 block of 17th Street., N.W. After showing a weapon, the individual demanded the victim's property and money from the cash register. Once the victim complied, the individual fled the scene.
