Opening Of Art Gallery Coming To Adams Morgan Apartment Complex
A new art gallery in Adams Morgan, The Silva Gallery x Latela Curatorial, is holding its grand opening event on Thursday, Sept. 23.

WASHINGTON, DC — A new art gallery in Adams Morgan, The Silva Gallery x Latela Curatorial, is holding its grand opening event on Thursday, Sept. 23.
The gallery’s first exhibit is called Moments of Grace, featuring paintings by D.C. artist Anne Marchand. The paintings are inspired by photographs of galaxies and nebulae seen through the Hubble telescope.
For its grand opening, the gallery will offer guests light bites and beverages while viewing the works of art, which will be available for purchase.

The Silva Gallery x Latela Curatorial art gallery is located in The Silva, a new residential building in Adams Morgan. The gallery is open to the public and will curate pieces of art from local artists on a rotating basis in addition to the gallery’s permanent collection.

The Silva is a new, 172-unit apartment building. During the grand opening event, guests will be able to take a tour of the building’s state-of-the-art design and in-unit features.
The gallery’s grand opening event will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 23. The Silva is located at 1630 Columbia Road Northwest.
Guests should RSVP for the event. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for all guests.
