Police Investigate 3 Robberies In Southeast, Seek Public's Help
Metropolitan Police Department detectives are asking the public to help identify the suspect in three related robberies in Southeast DC.
WASHINGTON, DC -- Metropolitan Police Department detectives from the First District are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect and vehicle they say are connected to multiple Burglary Two offenses, according to a police release.
Detectives are seeking information about the following incidents:
- The suspect forcibly entered an establishment in the unit block of Potomac Avenue, Southeast at approximately 8:12 a.m., on Saturday, Dec. 14. The suspect grabbed property and fled the scene.
- The same suspect forcibly entered an establishment in the 1100 block of New Jersey Avenue, Southeast on Dec. 21, at about 7:18 a.m. He took property and then left the scene.
- On Wednesday, Dec. 25, at about 1:42 a.m., the same suspect forced his way into an establishment in the 900 block of New Jersey Avenue, Southeast, took property and left the scene.
