Police Won't Charge Suspect In Stabbing On Metro: Report
Authorities reportedly are declining to file charges after a stabbing on the Green Line near Navy Yard.

WASHINGTON, DC -- Police have decided not to charge a suspect who was accused of stabbing someone on a Green Line Metro train, according to a report.
WTOP reports that a police investigation that included interviews with those involved in the stabbing and a video from the 7000 series railcar where it happened showed the suspect fighting the victim who would eventually be stabbed.
The U.S. Attorney's Office has declined to prosecute the case, meaning it is closed and no charges will be filed.
