School Delays In DC On Wednesday?

A new forecast suggests a nasty wintry mix causing problems on area roads for the morning commute.

A new forecast suggests that school delays could be possible in the D.C. area on Wednesday due to a wintry mix that could make roads treacherous -- so be prepared.

The Washington Post's Capital Weather Gang predicts an icy mix is likely to break out early on Wednesday with temperatures near freezing.

"Because this event is likely to coincide with the morning commute, the iciness could slow down travel and delay schools, especially in these colder areas," CWG says.
