Singer-Songwriter Shealagh Rose Shares Cathartic and Cautionary Single
"Tunnel Vision" is out now!

Shealagh Rose is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who has been developing her voice and songwriting, working with mentors like Rik Emmett (Triumph), and had the opportunity to record backup vocals with legendary producer Ken Scott. Lush with soulful vocals, addicting progressions, and beautiful string sections, the record boasts the aesthetic of indie folk anthems.
The latest track, “Tunnel Vision,” is a beautifully apathetic look at modernity and short term narrowed thinking in our environment. “I think technology has harmed the way we as a society feel empathy,” Shealagh elaborates. “A lot of us have either become apathetic or have developed a narrow sense of thinking (tunnel vision).”
We’re at a time where we are experiencing a collective existential crisis with the damage to our planet, and a cultural crisis with the quick rise of the internet. The song talks about feeling in a frozen state over it all. – Shealagh Rose
