Welcome To FL's Most Expensive Zip Code, Where A Typical Home Is Over $7 Million
The zip ranked third nationally and was the only one in Florida to crack the top 10, according to Property Shark.
America’s third-most-expensive zip code is in Florida, according to a recent ranking from Property Shark.
The zip for Fisher Island — 33109 — took the No. 1 spot last year, but for 2026 it came in third, with a median sale price of $7.217 million, the property data and research company reported.
It was unseated by a zip for Atherton in California’s Bay Area, which had a median sale price of $10.725 million, marking the first time a U.S. zip has reached an eight-figure median price, according to Property Shark. A zip in Sagaponack, New York, came in second at $7.35 million.

“Following last year’s unexpected turn at the very top, Fisher Island’s 33109 returned to a more typical position following a 24% Y-o-Y price cut,” Property Shark reported. “Still, its $7.22 million median sale price was its second-highest yet and marked its ninth appearance among the country’s 10 leading zip codes since 2016, where it typically ranks third or fourth.”
Fisher Island was the only zip in the top 10 not from California or New York. One other Florida zip — 33921 in Boca Grande — cracked the top 100 at No. 36 with a $3.3 million median price.
