• Project in Reserve at Alafaya would add 350 apartments southwest of Avalon Park (growthspotter.com) — A major new 350-unit apartment community is proposed inside the Reserve at Alafaya master-planned development just southwest of Avalon Park, adding to existing complexes along S Alafaya Trail and Innovation Way. Plans filed with Orange County detail eight four-story buildings, a large clubhouse and pool, extensive open space, and requested zoning waivers that could further reshape this fast-growing part of east Orange County.
