Police say investigations are ongoing and are urging neighbors to lock doors, secure windows and garages, remove valuables from vehicles, and avoid advertising vacations online to help prevent more break-ins.

Apopka's first FY2026-27 budget workshop offers early look at Nesta's push to reshape City Hall (theapopkavoice.com) — Apopka residents can get an early look at Mayor Nick Nesta’s plans for City Hall operations and long-term growth at Wednesday’s 6 p.m. FY2027 budget workshop.
