• Orange County Wiped Out Medical Debt for Local Residents (westorlandonews.com) — Belle Isle residents are among thousands in Orange County whose medical debt has been erased through a large countywide relief initiative. Using federal ARPA funds and a partnership with nonprofit Undue Medical Debt, the county has now wiped out $559 million in qualifying healthcare debt for about 345,000 Central Floridians, with no applications required and no tax consequences for recipients.
