Boca Raton Passes Ordinance to Ban Feeding of Nuisance Wildlife (bocamag.com) — Boca Raton residents should know the City Council has approved fines for feeding nuisance wildlife like iguanas, rats, mice, and pigeons, while exempting typical bird feeders and feral cat feeding. The 3–2 vote followed a long-running neighbor dispute but aims to address sanitation and property damage, and the article also recaps a newly approved luxury townhome project in nearby Delray Beach.

Lip Sync Fundraiser for the Arts Exceeded All Expectations (bocaratontribune.com) — Boca Raton's Studio at Mizner Park packed the house Thursday for a revived Lip Sync Battle fundraiser, where Blondes Taking Boca By Storm won with "It's Raining Men." Local leaders, including the Rotary Club of Downtown Boca Raton and Boca Raton Tribune's publisher, backed the event as performers in wigs, drag, and full costumes raised money for the city's nonprofit indoor performing arts theater.

Boca Raton Hit-and-Run Suspect Turns Himself In, Police Say (bocanewsnow.com) — Boca Raton police say a driver fled a crash at Clint Moore Road and NW Broken Sound Parkway, then later called dispatch to turn himself in. A West Palm Beach man now faces charges tied to leaving the scene and driving with an expired license, and remains jailed on bond after being medically cleared at Boca Raton Regional Hospital.
   

4. West Boca Raton Teen With Cyberstalking History Charged After More Than 90 Threatening Texts (tapinto.net) — A West Boca Raton teen is facing new felony charges after more than 90 threatening texts were allegedly sent to a Boca Raton woman, including threats against her and her baby. Deputies link the messages to a phone he uses and note his prior stalking-related cases, with a judge now ordering him to surrender any firearms under a new risk protection order.
