The new four-lane road with bike lanes and sidewalks is set to open in days, with a Nov. 2 ribbon-cutting and some follow-up paving on Daniels Parkway early next year. Ā Ā Ā
ā¢ Diocese of Venice news briefs ā Oct. 23, 2026 (thefloridacatholic.org) ā Residents of Bonita Springs are invited to a Faith & Ale menās event at St. Leo the Great Parish on Nov. 12, featuring a talk by Maj. Gen. Andrew Juknelis. The wider Diocese of Venice is also offering retreats, youth rallies, bereavement programs, festivals, and Catholic young adult gatherings across Southwest Florida through November and December, many of which are open to anyone interested in deepening faith or finding community. - Yesterdays Six Mile Cypress Slough.
Cardinal gives us a "funny look". Ibis perched up high. I did not realize much of the slough is took deep for them to do their normal foraging. ā¦ (Nextdoor San Carlos Estates) - I have had the need for a seamstress to do various types of jobs for me.
