Bulldogs at Raymond James Stadium home of the Bucs

East Manatee Bulldogs Mitey Mite head coach Greg Despot and assistant coaches
James Cooper, John Creaser, Travis Mullet and Chris Stidd were proud of the players
and their debut on and NFL field on October 1, 2016 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa.
The coaches and players worked hard preparing for a challenging, fun and memorable outing.

The Bulldogs played at halftime of the Tampa Bay Bucs game at Raymond James Stadium on October 1, 2016.

Similar to college overtime, each team started play in the Red Zone area. Teams were given a set number of snaps, whether they scored or not. Each team had 4 offensive plays, regardless of result.

The Colts got the ball first, ran two plays for small gains, got a touchdown on the third, and still had one play remaining. On that last play Mullet intercepted the ball. Bulldogs were then able to get in three plays before time ran out, and scored twice from the 30.

The players had a terrific time. The coaches appreciated the support of the parents and Bulldog organization in making this special event happen.

The 2016 Mitey Mite roster includes:
Ethan Fox #1, Carson Holliday #2, Dean Carothers #4, Tucker Pope #6
Sean Crowley #7, Caden Ott #8, Josiah Minton #9, Jack Creaser #10
