Fatal Shooting Victim Identified: Bradenton Police
Detectives looking for a man in connection with the fatal shooting are asking for public assistance in finding him, Bradenton police said.

BRADENTON, FL — The victim of Sunday night’s fatal shooting in the 700 block of 17th Street Court E. has been identified as 56-year-old Dwight Sutton, authorities said.
Police responding to reports of a shooting in the area found Sutton’s body in front of a home in that block around 7 p.m., according to a Bradenton Police Department news release. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives are also looking for Michael Alonzo Phillips about the investigation. Phillips isn’t considered a suspect, police said.
