Missing Woman Found, Tropicana Plant Shooter Sought: Bradenton Police
A missing woman last seen with the suspect of a shooting at the Tropicana plant in Bradenton was found in Tampa, police said.

BRADENTON, FL — A missing woman who was last seen Monday night when a shooting suspect forced her to leave the Tropicana plant in Bradenton with him has been found safe, authorities said.
Elecia Nicole Bing, 38, was recovered by detectives in Tampa Wednesday night, according to a Bradenton Police Department news release. She was brought back to Bradenton early Thursday morning and reunited with her family.
She'd been missing since Monday around 10:30 p.m. when she left the Tropicana plant with her co-worker, Demetrius Tyrone Bell.

Bell, 50, entered the facility after his scheduled shift and shot a male co-worker, police said. The victim remains hospitalized.

He drove away from the plant, taking Bing with him. She didn't leave with Bell willingly but was later released by him uninjured, according to BPD. She isn't facing any charges.
Detectives continue to look for Bell, who is considered armed and dangerous. Warrants for armed kidnapping, aggravated assault with a firearm, aggravated battery with a firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon have been filed against him.
Bing stands 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs about 110 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a yellow safety shirt and blue jeans.
When they left the plant, Bell was driving a 2015 black Camaro with a Florida license plate that read QUQF97.
