Bacon Bomb Explosion Wins People's Choice Award
The creation will appear on the menu at the Florida State Fair next month.

TAMPA, FL — Burger lovers have made their choice clear. Following a week of online voting, the Bacon Bomb Explosion Burger has come out on top and will be featured on the menu at this year’s Florida State Fair.
The unusual creation bested three other concoctions during an online voting session Jan. 20-27. The winning burger is made from fresh ground chuck blended with ranch, barbecue sauce and a special seasoning. Bacon crumbles are added into the mix, which is then lattice-wrapped in bacon. The resulting creation is slow roasted with hickory smoke and sliced into patties. Served on a Kaiser roll, the burger is topped with cheese, lettuce, pickles, onions and tomatoes. More bacon can be added, too.
