• James Uthmeier Announces Arrest of Washington County Drug Traffickers (floridianpress.com) — Law enforcement leaders gathered in Chipley to announce a major meth trafficking takedown that targeted suppliers moving large quantities of drugs into Washington County. Officials say the 16‑month investigation disrupted one of the county's biggest meth operations, led to arrests as far as North Georgia, and identified additional local dealers they now plan to pursue.
