PALM HARBOR, FL – A Palm Harbor man was arrested in Oregon on numerous sex-related charges and extradited to Pinellas County this month after a 12-year-old girl's parent reportedly found sexually explicit messages on her computer device and notified the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

Terrence M. Rosenow, 46, was arrested Feb. 23 by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office in Canby, Oregon, where he was working, transported back to Florida and booked March 9 into the Pinellas County Jail on four counts of suspected lewd or lascivious battery and one count of lewd or lascivious molestation of a minor, authorities said.

Detectives with the Sheriff's Crimes Against Children Unit interviewed the victim after the parent came forward on Feb. 12, and the girl reportedly disclosed that she engaged in sexual activity with Rosenow on multiple occasions between Jan. 19 and Jan. 25 at several locations in Pinellas County.
