Weekend Weather: What to Expect
A mixed bag is in store, but your northern friends will be jealous!

Tampa Bay residents heading out for some weekend fun are likely to find the weather most cooperative, but that doesn’t mean umbrellas should be left behind.
Friday’s mostly cloudy, somewhat drizzly conditions with a high around 70 should transform into an evening with a low in the mid-50s. There is a likelihood for a return of foggy conditions in some areas.
Saturday is expected to deliver partly sunny conditions with a high around 71, according to the National Weather Service. Rain chances aren’t part of the picture in most parts of the Bay Saturday. Overnight lows will drop only into the low 60s with a warmer day on tap Sunday.

Rain is in the forecast in scant amounts in some parts of the Bay on Sunday, but not all. Keep those umbrellas handy just in case. Temperatures should rise to a high in the mid- to upper-70s with a low around 65, forecasters say.
Don’t forget Daylight Saving Time starts Sunday at 2 a.m. Make sure to “spring” your clocks forward.
