4. James M. Tonsmeire, Jr. (gcnews.com) — Cocoa Beach neighbors are mourning longtime resident James M. Tonsmeire Jr., 81, who passed away April 12 surrounded by family. A retired logistics and real estate professional, he spent his later years in oceanfront Cocoa Beach near beloved nieces, and is being honored with services this week in New York and Pennsylvania, with memorial donations requested for Jack Academy in Ghana.
