Now He's Suing Her Over a Home She Says He Promised Her (inc.com) — A long-running employment relationship has turned into a legal battle over a Coral Springs home where a former assistant and her three children have lived for years. She says AriZona Iced Tea co-founder John Ferolito promised to give her the house, while he is now suing to assert she has no right to stay, putting the Coral Springs property at the center of the dispute.
