• Amazon, cargo carrier knew of safety failures before fatal Miami airport crash, lawsuit claims (wptv.com) — A wrongful death lawsuit over the recent Amazon Air cargo crash at Miami International Airport is moving forward, with the victim's family represented by a Coral Gables-based law firm. The suit alleges Amazon and its contractor 21 Air ignored serious safety warnings and defective aircraft systems, and seeks significant damages for the loss suffered by the Miami-Dade family.
