• 911 call reveals new details on fatal hit-and-run crash in Deerfield Beach as BSO continues search for driver (wsvn.com) — Detectives are searching for the driver who fatally struck bicyclist Lacurtis Knight along Northeast 44th Street in Deerfield Beach, then allegedly checked on him and drove away. His body was later found miles south in Pompano Beach, and investigators are still trying to understand how it got there. Anyone with information is urged to contact Broward County Crime Stoppers anonymously.
