Violations range from overgrown grass and cloudy pools to unpermitted construction, storage issues, and disrepair, with penalties to be decided at the hearing.

'Party Planned' Takes the Planning Out of Shluchos' Events (anash.org) — A Delray Beach Shlucha, Mirel Heber, has turned successful women's events from her local community into "Party Planned," a turnkey toolkit of five fully developed programs for Chabad emissaries worldwide. The resource includes shopping links, flyers, decor ideas, activities, menus, and social media tips to help Shluchos run engaging events with far less planning stress.
   

4. Wife of suspended Palm Beach County clerk resigning from boards as she defends him (orlandosentinel.com) — Palm Beach County businesswoman and former Delray Beach mayoral candidate Tracy Caruso is resigning from several public boards so she can focus on helping her husband, suspended Clerk of Courts Mike Caruso, fight serious criminal charges. Caruso, who owns Delray Beach Executive Suites, says she stands by his innocence and doesn't want his case to distract the organizations she serves.
   

5. Arthur Fils becomes Cincinnati Open's first Black men's champion (cincinnati.com) — Delray Beach tennis star Coco Gauff has captured another Cincinnati Open title, winning the women's singles final and helping make tournament history alongside men's champion Arthur Fils. Her victory means a player from Delray Beach was part of the event's first year where both singles champions were Black, adding to Gauff's growing list of career milestones.
