• Deltona lifts e-bike age restriction for minors following sheriff's pushback: 3 rules for e-bike use (fox35orlando.com) — Deltona leaders have reversed a new ban that kept most minors from riding e-bikes in public, so students can keep biking to school without fear of being stopped. The city is keeping safety rules like a 15 mph sidewalk speed limit and yielding to pedestrians, and plans a public workshop with schools and the sheriff’s office to teach safe riding habits. 
• Central Florida native heading to space with NASA's Crew-13 ISS Mission (fox35orlando.com) — A Central Florida native who graduated from Deltona High School in 1997 is about to pilot NASA’s SpaceX Crew-13 mission to the International Space Station. Luke Delaney, who grew up in nearby DeBary, hopes his six-month research stay in orbit will inspire local students as the crew prepares for a September launch from Kennedy Space Center.
