Authorities say the man had been banned from the property, yet returned by jumping a balcony fence, and now faces felony burglary and resisting charges after being arrested on September 10.

A Stranger Was Lying Under Their Bed (lawenforcementtoday.com) — A couple staying at the Provident Doral hotel in Doral allegedly woke to find a 25-year-old man hiding under their bed after he reportedly slipped in through a rear sliding glass door. Police say the same man had previously been removed from the property and is now facing felony burglary and misdemeanor resisting charges, with an initial court hearing still pending.
