Officers detailed finding drugs in a lunchbox, purse, and clothing, leading to multiple felony possession and tampering charges before both women were released on bond.

• Steiner on track for CFD barrel racing title (thefencepost.com) — Fruitland Park bull rider Clayton Sellars rode to an 85.5-point score at the Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo, earning prize money and a spot in the finals. The wider event saw Texas barrel racer Steely Steiner and saddle bronc brothers Ryder and Statler Wright secure key semifinal wins ahead of Championship Sunday.
