The 3–2 compromise still allows potential uses like a data center, though any project over 100,000 square feet would need board approval, leaving some neighbors and one commissioner uneasy about future development. 
• Former Jupiter Dunes manager accused of funneling $200K to personal accounts, purchases (cw34.com) — A former manager of Jupiter Dunes golf club is accused of diverting more than $200,000 through payroll deposits and credit card purchases, with many Amazon orders allegedly shipped to his Hobe Sound home. Investigators say hundreds of items, from household goods to a gold tiara, were charged to the club before his firing and subsequent grand theft charge.
