Award Winning Author Patricia M McClure of "Losing a Hero to Alzheimer's" takes the stage for National Alzheimers Month in Jacksonville FL
Join Award Winning Author Patricia M McClure of "Losing a Hero to Alzheimer's the Story of Pearl" at her 10th & Final Stop of the "Purple Movement Fall Tour" at the Prime Osborn Convention Center in Jacksonville, Florida. McClure is excited to be concluding her tour in Florida in observance of National Alzheimer's Month. "Florida has approximately 4 million residents over the age of 65 and the senior population continues to increase." McClure is a life-long educator and Healthcare Professional for over 20 years. She holds a MBA and MPA in Healthcare Administration and presently works as an Associate Hospital Administrator and Adjunct Professor. McClure will embrace the stage for the Senior Expo; and will unfold the signs, symptoms and stages of the disease, and discuss the impact on the individual, family and caregiver. She will give practical guidelines on how to handle the disease and maintain mentally healthy. The presentation will be wrapped up with the latest prevention strategies in the industry for Alzheimer's. "Losing a Hero to Alzheimer's the Story of Pearl" received 1st Place in the Seniors/Aging Category and 1st Place in the Relationship Category at the Royal Dragonfly Book Awards through Five Star Publication.
McClure will be speaking on the main stage at the Prime Osborn Convention Center at 1000 Water Street in Jacksonville, FL on Nov 15th & 16th. The Senior Expo will take place both days from 9:00 - 3:00 p.m. Autograph copies of "Losing a Hero to Alzheimer's the Story of Pearl" will be available for purchase.
