Graze Craze Expands with Its Second Charcuterie Shop in Jacksonville

The 1,055-square-foot store in the Shoppes at Southside near The Avenues Mall at 9960 Southside Blvd., Suite 107, offers a varied menu that enables customers to “Celebrate Everything” in delicious new ways.

The store is co-owned and operated by Amber Davis, an experienced, multi-unit owner of an ice cream brand for many years. She and her husband, a retired Navy veteran, grew up in Venice on Florida’s Gulf Coast and have since returned to settle in the state after years of military relocations across the country.

“I am most excited about helping people celebrate the big things, the small things and everything in between,” Davis said. “I love getting to help make our customers’ events special, and we have so many different ways for them to express themselves without worrying about the details – that’s our job.”

Graze Craze boards are thoughtfully designed by trained Grazologists™ using premium Boar’s Head® meats, cheeses, fresh produce, house-made dips, sweet treats, and more. Each offering is crafted for flavor, balance, and artful presentation, perfect for celebrations, gifts, business meetings, or casual get-togethers. The Graze Craze The Avenues menu includes signature favorites:

• Gone Grazey: A well-balanced mix of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, veggies, and more – the best way to sample a little of everything.
• Vegegrazian: A vibrant vegetarian option loaded with seasonal produce and bold flavors from house-made dips.
• Sweet & Grazey: A decadent spread for dessert lovers, with chocolate, fruit, cookies, and indulgent dips.

“It would be tough for me to pick out a favorite, but I really enjoy the Brunch Board as breakfast is always my favorite meal,” Davis added. “It has everything you need to start your day – from breakfast meats and eggs to fresh fruits and pastries.”

The shop offers specially curated gluten-free options for its boards, including crackers. Boards are available in a variety of sizes, from a date night or small gathering, to a large spread fit for parties and events. Custom orders are welcome, and every board is made fresh to order. In-store pickup and local delivery are available.

When she’s not helping customers cater the perfect gathering with freshly made charcuterie, Davis enjoys cheering on her daughter in her musicals and plays and her son at his regattas. She also helps coordinate regatta support for his rowing club.

The new Graze Craze is located at 9960 Southside Blvd., Suite 107, in the Shoppes at Southside. It’s open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and is closed on Sunday.
