During the two-day event, attendees will find nine properties to tour: three interior spaces decorated with a mix of modern and vintage styling and six beautiful backyard gardens. In addition, the tour check-in venue will be at the newly renovated SPAR Building located at 1321 North Main Street.

“We’re proud to continue the long-standing Springfield tradition of presenting the Tour of Homes and Gardens to the City of Jacksonville,” Kelly Rich, SPAR Executive Director said. “Having to cancel last year due to COVID-19 was such a disappointment to the entire community. Implementing more exterior spaces, along with extra health protocols, allowed us to safely offer this favorite event again. SPAR is excited to show visitors the diversity and personality of our neighborhood. We invite all of Jacksonville to come out and experience what makes Springfield a fantastic place to live and play.”
